Make your own cue sheet holder

Ah, the cue sheet holder! Here's what you need:

• Quart-size zipper freezer bag; e.g. Hefty, Ziplock;

• Cheap plastic folder to keep cue sheet holder stable;

• Heavy-duty tape for reinforcement; yes, duct tape will work;

• Two half-inch-wide Velcro straps; you can sometimes find these in electronics stores labeled “cable organizers,” or just as Velcro straps in the stationery section at big drugstores.

Cut the plastic folder down to 5.5 by 7 inches. Cut the freezer bag to slightly bigger than that. Insert plastic folder piece. Tape closed the sliced-open portions of the freezer bag (place two pieces of tape across the top for extra reinforcement). Cut two slits at the top with an exacto blade just big enough to slide the Velcro straps through and voila! Cue sheet holder!
